Clearwater River Chalet

SEASON: During 2010, the Chalet is open June 11 to October 11, 2010.

2010 NIGHTLY RATES: $120.00 per night plus GST or HST

These rates are for the entire Chalet, not per person. If you stay 4 nights, the 5th night is free. There is a minimum 2 night stay and a stay of at least 3 nights is recommended.

Wells Gray Gateway Guesthouse

SEASON: The Gateway is open from April 2, 2010 (Easter Weekend) to January 3, 2011

2010 NIGHTLY RATES: $145 per night plus GST or HST

These rates are per night for the entire Guesthouse, not per person. If you stay 4 nights, the 5th night is free. There is a minimum 2 night stay. Includes bedding.

For Both Cabins:

DEPOSITS: An advance deposit of the first night's rent is required to hold your reservation and the balance is due one month before arrival.

CANCELLATION: Deposits are refunded or transferred to another date if you cancel more than one month before arrival. Within one month, there is no refund unless we can resell the reserved date.

CHECK-IN: 3:00 p.m.

CHECK-OUT: 11:00 a.m.

TAXES: All reservations are subject to the HST tax.

PETS: Please note there is an additional $15 cleaning charge per stay (not per night) for guests who bring pets to the Chalet.

HUNTING: There is no hunting allowed on the property. Wildlife is plentiful and guests frequently observe eagles, moose, deer and black bears and occasionally mink, coyotes, wolves and cougars.

OFF ROAD VEHICLES: The use of ATVs and snowmobiles is not permitted on the property. For information on ATV & snowmobile access in the area contact the Clearwater & District Chamber of Commerce at 250- 674-2646.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: We're more than happy to accommodate your special requests and needs. Please let us know when you reserve your booking if you require things like an extra set of keys, an alternate check-in or check-out time (if available) or scent-free cleaning.
